Job Description:

This position provides administrative support for the CEO.  Performs duties such as the coordination of Executive schedules and meetings, light accounting (e.g. Accounts Payable), and work on special projects.  Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Organization and a good memory are paramount. Will help prepare Board and Executive agendas, notes, minutes, and resolutions.  Must be able to function independently in a broad administrative capacity and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with strong organization skills
Excellent grammar and communication skills
Must be proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated knowledge of light accounting/bookkeeping
Three years’ previous work experience
Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Helpful:
A working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks/Peachtree)
Paralegal background
Analytical understanding

Job Description
Transfac Capital, Inc is a leading specialized commercial finance company providing financing and accounts receivable management for small and middle market companies. Transfac’s primary line of business is factoring, a service in which Transfac purchases commercial accounts receivable from its clients at a discount and then collects in full directly from the account debtors, who are generally stable and credit worthy companies.Our organization seeks to grow its inside sales department to support business, sales and marketing initiatives with the addition of an Inside Sales Representative. This role will give an excellent opportunity to execute B2B sales, informed by principles of integrated sales communications. This position is 100% inside prospecting over the phone.Our Inside Sales Reps will contribute to and develop integrated sales & marketing campaigns. Tasks will typically involve:
1. Contacting potential customers via prospecting, referrals and networking
2. Transferring warm leads to & setting appointments for a Business Development Officer
3. Collecting & sending all necessary documentation as needed
4. Recording contact information & notes in CRM
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
3. Ability to handle objections with poise, break barriers with gate keepers
4. Strong organization
5. Minimum 1 – 3 years B2B sales experience
6. Experience with making high volume, outbound cold calls
7. Competitive sales personality coupled with an outgoing & positive attitude

In this fast paced and challenging position, you will be responsible for. . . •Prospect, cold call, present, and sell business levels of services including Invoice Factoring Accounts Receivable Line of Credit, Inventory Financing, Purchase Order Financing, Accounts Receivable Management, Debtor In Possession (DIP) Financing. •Presents and sells business class levels of financial services to local businesses. •Contain existing clients by maintaining relationships and resolving customer issues and traveling to client’s locations as needed. •Generates new business by preparing a list of prospects in target demographics. •Prepares verbal and written sales presentations. Participates in marketing program, or event that deploys in your region. •Solicits prospects for new accounts and upgrades existing accounts.
